We have complimentary parking located in the garage adjacent to our building. Valet parking is also available for a fee.

3. Referral Letter (if required)
4. Reports
5. X-rays, MRI’s, CT Scans (WE MUST HAVE THESE AT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME)
6. List of Medications (if any)

Preston Road Apothecary is located in the building for your convenience.

After Hours Emergencies

If you have medical questions, prescription requests, insurance inquiries or other questions that are of a non-urgent manner, you are encouraged to call the office during regular business hours. If you have an emergency after hours, you may call the office at (214) 220-2468 and the answering service will direct your call to the orthopedist on call.
